More than 6,000 people visited The Wharf Mooloolaba precinct over the weekend to celebrate the 30th Birthday of these two Sunshine Coast icons.
People enjoyed free attractions including incredible Aerial Silks Acrobatic Displays from Just Acrobatics, river cruises, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking as well as a jumping castle, super slide, reptile display and facepainting.
The weekend also included a live broadcast by SEA FM’s Heidi and Jason and there was also a kids go free offer at SEA LIFE that saw thousands visit the attraction.
The Wharf Mooloolaba co-owner Dirk Long said they were delighted to see so many locals and visitors come out to enjoy the entertainment.
“We have worked hard over the past few years to renovate the precinct and everyone has really embraced everything the precinct has to offer so we wanted to thank everyone for this support.
“We are now looking forward to continuing renovation works including work on the Hogs Breath building, our iconic tower as well as the official openning of our food alley later in the year.”
